The Roddey Park subdivision was built starting in 2009 and contains 281 homes.  We are located 2 miles south west of Downtown Rock Hill, in South Carolina. We have 3 Large Green areas for playing sports and outdoor activities.

Our community has a fenced dog run, covered picnic area, playground, walking paths, and a soccer field.
