Please keep an eye out for Solicitors. The Kirby vacuum scammers and Fake Meat scammers are out and about. They will tell you the meat is “USDA Choice”, grass fed, organic, and all this nonsense. Then you open it up and it’s full of preservatives and chemicals. Kirby vacuums should never cost more than $700 but they will start at $2300 and after 2 hours of wheeling and dealing they will refuse to leave until you buy something.

Good morning!! Just wanted to give y’all an update regarding the HOA. I was just informed today that Helen no longer works for the HOA. The new HOA manager is Pamela Solly. Through my mother, who is a property owner living in Country Club Estates, a neighborhood across from Roddey Park, it has come to my attention that Family Auto Used Car Sales has applied for rezoning through York county (not city) that would allow this business to store inoperable vehicles to salvage parts from them. Then these parts would be used to repair & sell other inoperable vehicles. The final vote, as I understand it on the rezoning will be January 19.
